  I came in with a 2012 Audi, and they were confident that the could set me up with a nice setup. I purchased their SX Phoenix Gold package, and it hasn't worked since 5 minutes after leaving the install bay. That was back in October. I brought it back by once, and they said they fixed it. It was not fixed. The problem is that the whole system (bass knob, amp, speakers) shuts off, and i have to restart the whole car to get it to turn back on. Sometimes 5-6 times per 10 minute commute. Sometimes, it goes days without issue. So, having spent a total of around 7 hours at this location, now I'm told that I need to spend another $200 on some digital audio signal product in order to get these speakers to work. I asked for a refund, we will see what happens now. Also, they insisted on putting holes in my rear seat upholstery to screw the amp in, so now that's permanent. I'll update this as things progress.
