Had an appointment at 930 this morning and was told I would be the first of the day. I got there early and they already had someone else in the shop. I left my car there and came back at 12 and they still had not started on my car. What I was having done takes 15 minutes. All I ever get is excuses and people shifting the blame. Avoid a headache and go somewhere else.
