  Totally awesome experience! Went and picked out a bedroom set for my son and we had no problems looking around and the friendly staff was available to answer any questions that we had. Our representative Charlie was extremely helpful and extremely courteous. The delivery guys were great! came in and quickly set everything up. I am seriously considering going back and buying myself a new bedroom set. Thank you!!!

  I thought that Cherry Orchard would be a great place to buy furniture since they are family-owned. I am getting very upset with them now. We bought our furniture around a year ago. We spent well over $1000 on a set that the salesman swore by. While the furniture is still very comfortable, the recliner's base broke in 2 places and it now feels like it will tip over when you sit in it. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now and all they will tell me is that the repairman is waiting on the part to arrive from the manufacturer. I totally understand that it may not be totally in their control, but they havent called me back in a week with a status update on when we can expect the replacement part. I am tired of waiting as I had to place felt pads on the broken spots to avoid any further damage to my new flooring. Update: Dropping my review score lower to one star. Now they want to charge me for the part and services claiming that it is not covered under warranty. $25 for the part, $35 for shipping, $35 for the repair, and $15 for whatever in the heck it was that they said. Took me 2 months to finally get this answer. I will never go back...

  We've bought 3 different bedroom sets, TV stand and chairs. All great prices and service. The furniture is beautiful, great quality! We are buying a dresser for another bedroom today!
