  The technician was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have been more impressed with him. He arrived early, and notified us beforehand that he could be early for the appointment, and asked if that was OK. We said of course. He explained everything in detail once he arrived, and outlined all the options available, and then proceeded with the work itself. It was hassle-free, and he was exactly the type of technician we always hope for -- one who is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and provides exactly the right mix of workmanship and congeniality. There were no glitches with the system, and we are very happy.
