  Took my daughter shopping, she wanted to look around in H&M. She found a pair of earmuffs in a on-sale/clearance area clearly marked $3. Took them up to the cashier, he rings them up, it says $10. I tell him that they were marked "on sale" for $3, he shrugs his shoulders and says "that's not what they're ringing up for". We decline to purchase, and on the way by the earmuff display, I pulled the big red "$3" sign out of the bracket and show it to him...and he shrugs his shoulders again. Sorry, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression, and since your company's already been outed as racially-insensitive, I won't be setting foot in this place again.

  The girl at the counter was a snotty B and when she couldn’t help me with decent customer service she called the manager and the manager was one of the more rude people I’ve encountered in the retail realm. Will not be returning here to shop. I recommend you not either.
