  if you go to Kay's ask for Les she is wonderful and will go out of her way to help with whatever you may need. Les has been phenomenal with the replacement of my wedding ring.

  From out of town, my wife took her ring in because it was broken, returned to pick it up, and she was unaware that there are two malls in Wichita. The lady helping was rude, and snooty, asked if my wife was even the person who dropped off the ring, said she was at the wrong place, and accused her of trying to pick up someone else's ring. Disrespectful and arrogant. The Towne West Kay employees were completely opposite! Great service! We won't return to this one!!
