    The store and products are amazing and affordable but the employees are ridiculously rude. The store manager, I believe her name is Bonnie, was very rude to me and I even witnessed her treat an employee poorly. Definitely shopping at the Kirkland's out east from now on.

    Awful experience. The store manager was absolutely disrespectful to me and other customers in the store. Bonnie acted like she had better things to do than help customers. Worst customer service ever!
