  I go to Lowe's for all my home improvement projects. They are kind and knowledgeable in many tasks. They also show their support for military with a year round discount.

  We bought 4 new locks from this store and they offer a free service to rekey them all to the same key, which sounds great.... Round one, they "misplaced" the original set of keys they chose to key all the new locks to. We didn't discover This until we were home which is 20 minutes away. We took them back because we were uncomfortable with a set of our house keys floating around in the store. Round two, we install the electronic deadbolt and then the manual override by key would not function. When we returned it they said the person damaged the lock when rekeying it. After this return and a 3rd visit they worked great. I was not reimbursed or compensated in any way for all this wasted time. We probably had 3 hours in the store and transit before this was all over. With the amount of money we have spent here in the last few months this was very disappointing.
