  After seeing the report on 60 Minutes about the excessive amount of formaldehyde in their floors that are made in China I wouldn't even step foot in the place. You are asking for a bunch of health problems to put that floor in your house . Avoid at all cost.

  Ying & Yang !! The "Ying"...The salesmen could not have been more helpful and generous with his time and his opinion. Went out of his way to help us find a suitable product to consider for our projects.... The "Yang" The Head Manager Could Not Have Been More Rude. I can hold my own with anyone but this guy was beyond any realm of reality in dealing with the public. He caused my wife and daughter to leave cause they knew I was about to blow up. They both are in retail sales and have never seen or heard someone be as blatantly and outwardly rude as this guy was. So unprofessional they both question why I would do business with LL no matter how good the price could be because if they are willing to hire someone like that then it doesn't speak well for them as a company. Still shaking my head at that experience...
