  The store manager, Liz, is fantastic! I stopped in with my dad to look for a new bed for my parents and had no intention of getting anything myself. She was so helpful that within a month I'd ended up purchasing one for my husband and I, as well as our son. I liked that I didn't feel pressured to buy immediately nor does she take you straight to the most expensive mattress in the store like some other retailers will. She will really try her best to work with you on the price and give you the best deals possible. They also have a great selection - we tried out some mattresses that were 5x the cost at other furniture stores and still liked ours from Mattress Firm better. We will be coming straight here for any future mattress purchases!

  Great customer service from Elizabeth. They have a good method for picking out a mattress which made the experience quick and easy. Great 0% interest financing. Ended up spending more than planned but we got what we wanted at a decent price with free delivery on a holiday. I would recommend them for sure.
