  Billie was our salesman and he was awesome! He was very patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (we were in there for a long time and even came back a second time) he made sure we were satisfied with our choice and gave us a great deal on our mattress and ease base! The delivery guys were professional and did a great job also. We had a great experience and LOVE our mattress!

  The customer service that I got from both Bill and King was amazing. I went to other stores to compare and the Mattress Hub was far the very best place for prices and customer service. The delivery was the greatest, the two men were on time and set up my mattress and box spring and frame and took all the boxes after they delivered and set up my new bed. I would highly recommend the Dugan Store if you want the best in class in everything. I will be buying my beds from this store from now on. You guys hit it out of the ball park... Oh and by the way... I love the new bed...
