  My experience with Metro Appliance and More and specifically Jon Anderson has been exemplary in every respect. He took an inordinate amount of time with my wife and me explaining the pluses and minuses of the various appliances we were interested in which made our decision making much easier. We had an issue with one of the appliances and he went to bat for us with the manufacturer and we got a favorable resolution. We have purchased a number of appliances since then and have been very pleased with their service. I found that while they weren't always the "lowest" price around, they were competitive and when service was factored in our choice on where we would purchase was obvious.Should I be in the market for other appliances in the future, it goes without question that we will not look elsewhere.
