  Very poor customer service. The store is small and hard to get around and the employees are very rude. Instead of asking politely for someone to step to the side so they can get around their rude about it. My friend was trying on wedding dresses and asked me to take the one dress that she just tried on and so I was being nice trying to put it back on a hanger and employee came up to me very rude and said they had people to put those back on and took the dress out of my hand. I was just trying to be nice instead of throwing the dress on the floor but apparently me being respectful of their dresses was not good enough so next time I'll make sure I don't try to be respectful. Would not recommend to anybody due to their rudeness and disrespect of people trying to buy dresses our business will go up elsewhere.

  I had a pretty good experience here. I came in, told them exactly what I wanted and my price range. They directed me to the area that held my size and even offered me discounts on some of the dresses. I ended up getting a used dress that had a messed up zipper so one of the ladies fixed it for me free of charge and with a smile on her face. They were very personable and I also love the birds that are there. It adds a lot of personality to the place. I do believe that they should get rid of some of the clutter however..The store would look a lot bigger and it would be easier to look through all of the dresses. The dressing rooms are also super tiny which honestly isn't that big of a deal. I did hear one of the women on the phone with a customer getting snappy and I think that was completely uncalled for. Overall, I do like this place and I will be coming back in the future.
