  Absolutely messy it’s 11 am the mall just recently opened There’s no way the store should look like this if the associates straightened the night before

  It was my first time shopping in Rue 21 at the Towne East mall and I can say I won't be shopping there again until they get a different manager. I bought a pair of jeans on sale for $24.99, and the sign over the sale rack clearly said additional 50% off sale items, he only gave me 30% and charged me $17.50. I tried to explain the sign, and he proceeded to tell me jeans were only 30% off clearance price. I called back later to ask if clearance was an additional 50%, and the same manager answered and said YES. I explained how I just bought a pair of jeans that were 24.99 and was charged $17.50. He laughed and said I could come back for my $3.00. Okay, so the manager doesn't even know how to count. Half of $25 is $12.50. So I should get $5.00 back. And I strongly suggest as a manager he should know what sales are going on in his store. Thanks!
