  Great customer service! Many long-time staff members who are very knowledgeable and cheerful. They are more than willing to help you find items, get items off a higher shelf, or answer any questions you may have. If you need to buy in bulk this is The place to go! Not only will you find cheaper prices but the items are still good quality. Well worth the nominal price of membership as an individual. If you are a business it gets even better. Business members have extended hours to be more convenient to get supplies before the workday begins and they have the selection to serve most of your needs.
