  Washer was junk and no one is taking care of it. Ok. I have decided to add to this post. After much grief and several days of phone calls I finally got this issue taken care of. I could not get anybody at the store to answer the phone or return my call. So I actually had to get someone from another store to go tell them to call me. They picked the washer up and returned with a new one. Issue has been resolved. However I cannot give 5 stars. The washer did not work the first night and had to be repaired. They wanted to repair it a second time. This is when we got a new one because I refused. However they did not want to come pick it up they wanted us to bring it back. This issue was resolved also. they picked it up. New one seems to be fine. But it was ridiculous how long it took to resolve. when you call to get help you are connected with people in India that you can't understand and you get nowhere. No wonder Sears is going downhill and having to close their stores. Very poor customer service.
