  I’ve had my couches almost 2 years. I take very good care of my things. But as we all know, after a couple years of use couches can start looking a little dingy. I had no severe stains anywhere, no animal stains, but I did want to take advantage of the 5 year plan I paid extra for. Called customer service and got told if there’s no real stain they won’t clean them. So I said fine, maybe there’s a few little spots on the cushion. Then got asked how long they’ve been there. I said I’m not sure maybe a month.? The lady says well we will only cover a stain that’s been reported 2 weeks within the incident. LOL you have got to be freaking kidding me can a customer just not get her couches clean with the extra money I gave for this stupid plan.!? Absolutely RIDICULOUS I’m disgusted with this business. Sales floor people will tell you one thing, while customer service tells you something different.
