  Horrible service. I worked with such an awkward representative, she wouldn't even look me in the eye. Did not show willingness to help at all. It was very upsetting made me feel like she did not know what she was doing. Overall, I just have a horrible experience every time I go into this store.

  As a customer of Sprint for over 20 years I am very disappointed in the lack of urgency or concern for customer loyalty. As a lot of the other reviews have mentioned the store on N Rock Rd is a very inefficient time drain. I went in on a Friday evening signed in on the kiosk and was the 3rd in line. After being there an hour to only gain 1 place in line, I left. I went back again on Sunday right after they opened and explained to the manager that I had already wasted an hour and asked to be expedited. He spent more time telling me they would get me in quicker this time than it would’ve taken to resolve my issue (returning a phone per the business care office - another completely ridiculous story that would take too long to explain). After another wait of over an hour & 30mins with no resolution - I left. A customer cannot even go in to make a simple purchase like a phone case with out having to wait in the kiosk line. I would not recommend using this location unless you have a lot of free time in your schedule.
