I paid for WIFI and confirmed a date and time with them and they never showed up and wanted to blame us for cancelling when we have the messages confirming the installation time/date. It will be almost a week and a half now when they can get out and install it. We needed for the holidays and they were very rude and I would not recommend any family or friends to go threw them.
