  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Got an outfit for my birthday went to exchange it the NEXT DAY!! could not find the girt receipt (yes my fault because I didn't keep hold of it) all I wanted was one size larger even exchange for exact same outfit ... They wanted to manually over ride to 75% off??? What?!!???! So I would be paying an additional 30+ dollars for the SAME OUTFIT I HAD IN MY HAND?? TAGS ATTACHED. I can understand if an item was on sell or had been on sale this was brand new never worn outfit that I just needed one size larger. Come on? I am a very frequent shopper and HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
