  We waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind 1 car. They could have pulled that car around to help others but did not. Then when I pulled up to the window, they pulled out my prescriptions only to set them down and walk away for another 15 minutes with no reason given. I understand if they are short staffed, but they had one lady emptying trash, then stopped to help a customer at the counter, then went back to emptying trash. Horrible time management and customer service.
