She checked the computer, saw 2 in stock, went to the back and came out 10 seconds later to tell me that there were a bunch of boxes and I should either go to another Ace Hardware or coffee back in a few days. Apparently looking for an item she confirmed they had in stock is too much effort for the customer. Disappointing..
