  Sales and front desk help weakest link in the chain. Made three phone calls and none were documented thus resulting in an item we changed 1 day after initial visit which was never changed but were told that it would be corrected. It was called a mis-communication by sales team. That is not what it was, we communicated multiple times at what was needed. Wichita Granite did a horrendous job of meeting customers basics needs. Best part was install team. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. The end product is great, but having to deal with sales and front desk will not happen again nor will I recommend them as I would not want anybody else as frustrated as we were with them.
